Strategic Reset
Rapid intervention to reset priorities, pace, and leadership alignment.
Strategic operational clarity, disciplined execution, and credible signal aligned to real outcomes.
OG's work is informed by experience across institutional finance, operating leadership, and capital allocation. He began his career in institutional investing, culminating in managing a $250M portfolio, before spending over a decade running and scaling operating businesses.
Between 2011 and 2021, he led two companies from approximately $40M to $140M in revenue, adding more than $100M in organic growth.
Since 2021, his focus has been at the intersection of capital, technology, and culture — as a managing partner at 452B, an investor in emerging systems, and a creator and collector in the contemporary art world.

Raised in Toronto in a Caribbean household as one of four brothers, OG's early environment emphasized responsibility, independence, and earned trust — qualities that shaped his approach to decision-making.
He studied economics and philosophy at Duke University, earned the CFA charter, and completed his MBA at Columbia University — training that deepened his judgment under uncertainty and complex systems thinking.
His advisory work draws directly from lived operating responsibility — not frameworks — and is built for leaders facing real constraints, irreversible decisions, and public consequences.
These principles are not aspirational. They are enforced.

Message and narrative systems that stay coherent under scrutiny.
